Throughout 2024, I’ve explored various tools to optimize our workflow—starting with Jira and YouTrack, and even experimenting with ClickUp and Wrike. However, I found that customizing these platforms to fit our unique business processes was often challenging. As I continue to familiarize myself with your template (Business Hub) and customize it for our team, I must say I’m impressed. Many of the provided features align perfectly with our requirements. That said, I have a few key goals for further refinement:
Employee Workspace
I’d like to add a dedicated workspace for our developers, allowing them to view and manage tasks seamlessly. Ideally, this would integrate into a unified database where developers can update task statuses, managers can access summary overviews, and I can track workload distribution—measured in story points or hours—per developer on a monthly basis.

As an outsourcing company specializing in custom mobile app development, we need a robust system to track projects. Within each project, I’d like to organize epics, sprints, and tasks. Additionally, we operate an outstaffing division, leasing our developers or academy graduates to clients. I aim to digitize and streamline this direction as well.

The layout feels familiar and comfortable, which I really appreciate. Now, I'll be honest - if you're new to both GTD and Notion, it might take a bit of time to get used to. But don't let that discourage you! Once you get the hang of it, it's actually quite user-friendly. In my experience, this template works well for both GTD veterans and newcomers. It's flexible enough to adapt to different working styles, which is always a plus. While it's not perfect (what is?), I've found it to be a solid tool for managing tasks and projects.

But Financial Accounting Module seems superficial at present, for managing business accounting needs. Only contains manual entries in 3 financial databases with very limited usability.
